This is so wrong. First, this is not their listing. It's ours. I called the phone number and Andrea (I hope you don't have a license because you are going to lose it). asks me what city I am interested in. I tell her Corona and she says that yes, that property is still available. She tells me that it is for rent for $1350 (guess what, it is really $1675)I asked her for the cross streets and she tells me that she'll give me the exact address. To my surprise she gives me the address to our listing. This is a scam people. Just like the other people on my blog. Don't give them a penny of your hard earned money. You have to have a DRE license to manage other people's property. There is no Warrior Property Management listed with the DRE. They are not on the list of PRLS(Prepaid rental listing services) with the DRE. So how can they justify this? I have reported this to Craigslist and will also be notifying the Department of Real Estate and ABC 7 news.

I have only had one more call on this company. Someone had given them $260.00 to hold a property. She wanted to get her money back and when she went back there was a notice of belief of abandonment on the door. I hope they haven't moved on to a new neighborhood.

OMG!!! The same thing happened to me! well similar. I put $260 down and they just gave me the run around but they said I had 90 days to get refund, so I just recently sent in for the refund and I checked my mail the other day and the letter was returned saying "return to sender" I called the number I had for them and its disconnected! what the hell am i gonna do? What can I do? I need help

I am dealing with them now. They are currently located at 12630 Central Ave, Chino, CA 91710. Their phone numbers are 9094659900 and 9094659901. They are going by the name of Eaze to Rent Services, Inc. Hope that helps!!!
This place is a TOTAL scam ! Its now Eaze To Rent Services Inc in Chino off the 60 and central. 12630 Central Ave Chino CA 91710, the managers name is Andria and her cell number is 909 270 7591, shes 18 years old and lies saying shes 24. Her boyfriend whose 21 owns it, not SOMEONE named Joseph. Its sketch, all these people who want a refund will not get it, theres no refund man, she waits to make sales, she uses realtor.com to find houses, and their usually all rented homes. Shes a smart girl, a liar and a scumbag, SHE WILL GO TO HELL i promise you that. GET YOUR MONEY BACK & DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ! HUGE SCAM !!!!!
