Warrior Property Management in Riverside

Hey, there is a new craigslist scammer on the internet. Our showing agent met a woman at one of our properties who said she saw our listing on Criagslist for over $300 less than what we put it on the MLS for. Here is the ad:

This is so wrong. First, this is not their listing. It's ours. I called the phone number and Andrea (I hope you don't have a license because you are going to lose it). asks me what city I am interested in. I tell her Corona and she says that yes, that property is still available. She tells me that it is for rent for $1350 (guess what, it is really $1675)I asked her for the cross streets and she tells me that she'll give me the exact address. To my surprise she gives me the address to our listing. This is a scam people. Just like the other people on my blog. Don't give them a penny of your hard earned money. You have to have a DRE license to manage other people's property. There is no Warrior Property Management listed with the DRE. They are not on the list of PRLS(Prepaid rental listing services) with the DRE. So how can they justify this? I have reported this to Craigslist and will also be notifying the Department of Real Estate and ABC 7 news.

Access Property Services and Rentals, Ontario, CA, 91762

I rarely post real estate problems, but I can't help this one. This company is committing fraud. I have been receiving numerous calls about people handing over $100 for applications and $180 for a deposit. The problem is that they are not a licensed real estate office. They are pulling the information from the mls and giving the lists to unsuspecting potential renters that have no idea that this company does NOT have any listings of their own. They are giving out codes to renters to enter properties. A licensed real estate agent should be showing you these properties. The reason I mention this is that one of our houses that was just rented had a person come by that just gave this company her $180 deposit money. We rented this property out a week ago. It is our listing, no company can market it as theirs. Be warned, be careful. If at all possible please go to http://www.homefinder.com/ or http://www.realtor.com/  to find a rental property. Those sites are legitimate and will show you which real estate company has the listing.

I posted the link to some yellow book reviews. http://www.yellowbook.com/profile/access-property-services-and-rentals_1858490059.html?showads=true&tab=reviews&classid=9897#reviews This company has also been reported to the Better Business Bureau. My personal opinion is that someone should go to jail for fraud and misrepresentation. Most of all, I hope the last person that called me gets her $180 dollars back.

This is the information that people have been giving me about this deadbeat company:

Carousel Mall in San Bernardino

I had never been here before, but I had a reason to go to KCAA 1050 AM radio for a show on Sunday January 16th. This place freaked me out! There were more security and janitor staff than actual customers. Most of the stores(and I mean 98%) were closed. There was nowhere to buy food or pee! I saw people sleeping on wooden benches. I had to go to Yelp! to find out what happened at this empty place. I missed Roseanne Barr do her radio show from 11-1, that would have been a hoot! The mall is also stuck in the 1960's, which I couldn't decide whether that was sad or cool.

It rained quite a bit in the IE the last couple of days. Unfortunately, this is what my dog loves to do when this happens.
